Snubbing Unit Hydra-Rig 150 "Quick Jack" configuration. Mfg. 1982, (Totally Rebuilt 06/08)
complete with (4) x 116" stroke cylinders, rotary assembly, dual counterbalance controls (torque, hydraulic pressure, New BOP controls,and slip controls). Jack includes  (DenisonHydraulics), New Huffco Valve, counterbalance assembly (5/32"galvanized wire) complete with 3-Section Gin-Pole for 3-1/2" tubulars.

Unit is powered by Detroit 6V-71 Diesel Turbo engine, electric start,
Dennison Hydraulic Pumps, Hydraulic Reservoir, Hydraulic manifold w/2" high
pressure quick disconnects, spark arrest mufflers, complete gauge panel (oil
pressure, rpm, voltage meter,  water temp), Hydraulic Power pack skid mounted.

(4) Shaffer Type 7-1/16": 5 M BOP’s
One (1) Shaffer Type 7-1/16" x 5M stud x stud double ram preventer
Two (2) Shaffer Type 7-1/16" x 5M single ram type preventers, 2-3/8",
2-7/8", 3-1/2", and blind ram blocks.
One (1) Shaffer Type 7-1/16" x 5M stud x flange annular BOP.
Two (2) Drilling Spools, Fill lines, Choke Manifold consisting of (4) 2" x
5,000 psi manual valves.

Gardner Denver PE-5y (130 H.P.) Triplex Pump (Rebuilt 06/07) p/b Detroit
6V-71 Turbo Engine (Rebuilt 06/07), hydraulic start, spark arrest mufflers,
Spicer 5-Speed manual transmission, Chain drive, 3" plungers, diesel day
tank, chain/driveline guards, pump gauge, air breather, 5000psi fluid end,
skid mounted.

All above mounted on custom engineered tandem drop trailer with 5^th wheel which includes:
Power Pack, Jack, four bottle Accumulator assembly, Tool Boxes, Gin-Pole, and hydraulically raised unit w/hoses attached for quick rig up.
